Cascadia Cross Border Law Group, LLC is a renowned immigration law firm based in Anchorage, Alaska. Our firm handles a wide variety of immigration cases involving the military, national security, business, family, naturalization, asylum, all aspects of removal defense, and federal court litigation. We take pride in providing quality representation and personalized attention to our clients throughout the U.S. and beyond.
Immigration law is a fast-paced field of work where situations and rules can change with little advance notice. We are currently seeking applicants who can work effectively and professionally under deadlines, both individually and with their colleagues. Job requirements include a keen attention to detail, general computer competency, and excellent organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Bilingualism is not required but preferred. We are currently looking for applicants fluent in Korean and Russian. We will also strongly consider speakers of other languages as well.
Work hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, and Fridays from 8:00AM to 4:00PM. We observe all federal holidays, and full-time employee benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance. A 401(k) is available for employees who have worked for the firm for at least one year.

We are currently seeking applicants for the following positions:
Associate Attorney
New law school graduates are welcome to apply. 1+ years of experience in immigration law required. Applicants must be familiar with researching case law, drafting legal briefs, interviewing clients, and preparing business and family immigration applications and declarations. Applicant must be willing and able to become a member of the Alaska Bar Association if not already admitted to practice law in Alaska; click here for a list of jurisdictions that have reciprocity with Alaska. This job is located in Anchorage, Alaska and we will not consider applicants who want to telecommute or work remotely. Pay will be commensurate with experience.
Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Experienced candidates preferred, but we are willing to train newcomers to the legal field who demonstrate commitment to and passion for our line of work. Pay starts at $15.00/hr but will be commensurate with experience.
Intern
Position availability depends on firm capacity, but interested applicants are encouraged to submit the required materials as indicated above. Pay starts at $15.00/hr.
